Ashphalt and Completion Stages 17 & 18

The roads are complete with asphalt laid last week. We are landscaping this week and expect titles to be issued in about 4 weeks time. The first photo shows Enchantress St. and the second is Tollard Drive roadway and southern end of the 3 metre wide shared Bike Path. This is not an on road cycle lane which we believe are very dangerous and impractical.

One day we hope that Clarence Council will do their bit and connect this to the South Arm Highway providing safe cycling.
