Stage 16C lots are accessed via the cul-de-sac on the western side of Tollard Drive.  There are a limited number of low density lots available, so don't delay. We have constructed high quality driveways to the main part of the lots and installed all services and conduits, including NBN FTTP.

Each lot is designed with a generous building envelope.   At the rear 35 metre deep fire buffer zones act as a buffer between the North Bay residences to the native bushland on the hill face above.
