LOW DENSITY LOTS

 These are large, low density lots with great views.

There are no longer  any available in Stage 17 and 1 in Stage 16C. These lots vary in size from 1,800m2 to 2,800m2. The building envelopes are 1100m2 to 1600m2. The 35 metre deep rear fire buffer/fuel reduction zones provides protection and preserves native bird habitat.  The driveways in Stage 16 C lots are made of indestructible interlocking terracotta brick paving.  Landscaping is with Tasmanian native plants local to the area.

These lots are at the highest points in the subdivision with fantastic panoramic views. We think they are the best  we have and are all outstanding home-sites.  They all have titles issued.

The Tranmere lot is elevated with panoramic views of the Hobart, the Derwent and the mountain.
